3. Download Data — The source hostname, requested media type, processing status, file metadata, and credit cost. Source URLs are sent to the download processor but are not retained in the SaaS account database.
4. Device Information — Device type, operating system, and browser type, used to optimize compatibility and performance.
5. Cookies — Small data files stored on your device to remember preferences and improve your experience.
6. Payment Information — PayPal processes payments. We retain order identifiers, amounts, currencies, and payment status, but do not store your PayPal password or full funding details.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.

No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information. You can revoke an Agent API key at any time from account settings.

Completed media files are kept in private temporary storage and are normally deleted after one hour. Download task records may be retained for account history, fraud prevention, and operational support.
